The penultimate week of the NRLB Domestic Nines competition took place on Saturday. The second of the three week tournament was hosted by the Den Haag Knights at the Haagsche Rugby Club, with five clubs competing. Unfortunately, the Dordrecht Griffins did not compete as they were unable to field a squad.

Kicking the round off, was our hosts, Den Haag Knights taking on local rivals, Rotterdam Pitbulls. Den Haag took the win which would see them go on to reach the top of the table, despite only winning half of their games. With a lot of tense and tight matches, the competition is still wide open, with just 4-points between the top five, with four/five games left to play each. Next week is shaping up to be an epic finale, as the top two teams face-off in the Final.
