The Netherlands U19’s will get their first run out as a team when they travel to the UK this weekend to play in two matches against Leigh East U18’s and Golborne Parkside U18’s. The team have been preparing well in training for the upcoming matches. Trainer, Matthijs van Klaveren has now named his 21-man Squad for the tour, along with confirmation of the backroom staff.
On the tour, the players and staff will visit professional clubs Rochdale Hornets, Wigan Warriors & Hull Kingston Rovers, with visits scheduled through the week.
Both matches will be staged at the home of Leigh East, next door to Leigh Sports Village, home of the 2023 Challenge Cup Winers, Leigh Leopards;
Thursday 30th November – Leigh East U18’s vs. Netherlands U19’s (19:30 Kick Off)
Sunday 3rd December – Golborne Parkside U18’s vs. Netherlands U19’s (10:30 Kick Off)
